The best part about my stay in Arequipa was the amazing service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Another great thing about the hotel was its central location. It was just a short walk from the main plaza and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. And let's not forget about the breathtaking views! The hotel had stunning views of the mountains, which made for a truly memorable experience.
The extra charge for eggs during breakfast. I feel like for the price I paid for the room, eggs should have been included in the breakfast.

Located near Arequipa old town, this budget accommodation is ideal for travelers interested in a city center stay or exploring Colca Canyon hiking trails. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean, and the bathroom comes with a reliable shower and hot water supply. Guests praise the staff for being helpful, communicative, and giving them an early check-in upon arrival. Enjoy a small but delicious breakfast on the panoramic terrace where you can take in beautiful views of Misty mountain in the background.
The free pick-up service from the bus terminal may not be reliable, and guests suggest calling the hotel to confirm arrangements beforehand.

Nothing not too like.

Despite some issues, we had a decent Christmas stay. The location was fairly convenient, and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace. The staff was also friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.
Our room was not as clean as we had hoped. The bedding and towels were quite worn and could have been replaced.

Stayed here for the weekend and loved it! The rooms were sparkling clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect – just a short walk from the center of town. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the beautiful terrace where you could relax and take in the stunning views of the mountains. It was such a nice touch!
That the walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad and didn't affect our stay too much. would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly stay at a great price.

As young holiday goers, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms with extremely clean towels and spacious bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, assisting us with contacting the travel agent and bus company during a strike. The location of the hotel was great, allowing us to easily explore Arequipa.
Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel offered reliable hot water and comfortable beds. The location was great, being close to Plaça Armas and all the amazing restaurants. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
While the rooms were functional, the beds were on the smaller side. Also, the breakfast terrace lacked a bit of variety in terms of food options.
